Pirum extends service coverage to 24/5 with dedicated APAC support - Effective 1 April 2026
From 1st April 2026 we will be extending our service coverage to operate on a 24/5 basis, with the addition of dedicated APAC time zone support.
This enhancement means our teams will provide continuous coverage across all major financial centres - EMEA, Americas and Asia-Pacific - from Sunday evening through to Friday close.
The expanded model delivers full 24/5 operational coverage across all regions, with dedicated APAC support during Asian trading hours complementing our existing EMEA and Americas teams. Clients will benefit from faster incident response and resolution regardless of time zone, underpinned by seamless handover processes between regional teams to ensure continuity of service.
This development reflects our ongoing commitment to supporting global operations and ensuring our service keeps pace with the evolving needs of clients across international markets.
