Flexible run-times

Pirum's event driven technology means an end to restrictive schedules and deadlines for files. Files are processed and reconciliations are run as they are received giving un-rivalled flexibility to clients.

For example, a client who can only produce a billing file on the first of the month can automatically reconcile with another client who produces a new file each day for the first 10 days of the month. Each time a new file is received from the second client, the reconciliation is automatically re-run using the latest available data from both parties.

Should a client wish to submit an ad-hoc intra day file, if for example they have made a number of updates, the reconciliation will be automatically re-run as soon as the file is received and the results seen on-screen almost instantly.

The flexibility the Pirum approach gives ensures that reconciliations are kept up to date and files are never rejected because an expected file delivery deadline has been missed.
