All users are able to add shared or internal notes to exceptions, allowing easy tracking of issues and management of workflow. Notes are clearly displayed both within the reconciliation and on the "status" screen after logging in, so that new notes can be easily identified and acted upon.

In addition, exceptions can be assigned to either counterparty with a single mouse click, further aiding exception management. Resolved breaks can be marked as "fixed", altering other users that the underlying issue is resolved and no further investigation is necessary.
